In my addicted life, I was truly being held in captivity by my own desires and poor decisions. But here in the Bible God has sent to this earth, His Son Jesus Christ to set us free from these bondages. With Jesus Christ at the center of our recovery, there is no way we can fail IF we take steps to turn away from a life of addiction and turn our lives over to photo of an unravelling ropethe one true living God.

I know this can be a big decision to make right now but allow me to share an actual event in history. There was a king in ancient Egypt that held the whole nation of Israel captive. God sent His spokesman Moses to tell the king to let the nation of Israel leave Egypt. After a series of calamities the king said “no way!” Then a swarm of frogs overcame the land of Egypt. The Bible says that there were frogs everywhere. They were in everything including the kings underwear drawer. Finally the king sent for Moses and said, “OK I give up, please make the frogs go away”. So Moses said, “when would you like them to be removed” at which the king answered, “tomorrow!”. In other words the king was willing to put up with frogs in his underwear for one more day. Wouldn’t you want them gone right now if the power was available at this moment?” Consider these verses in the Bible:

To summarize it let me add that God desires our commitment to Him and that there is only one way to Him, to get all of His very best for our lives, and that is through His Son, Jesus Christ. We invite you to check out the whole site and see if you don’t see yourself within these pages. Whether your addictions/behaviors are drugs, alcohol, eating/sexual disorders, pornography, money management, ‘cutting’, self-mutilation or activities such as gambling, God has the answer and it lies in a Christ-centered recovery program. This site is being designed and updated to literally bring you through this recovery process without attending a meeting. The end result will change your life and your view of the world as you realize that God was always there for you and will be there to bring you through every situation you encounter. I know, it sounds almost too good to be true. Well it is “ALMOST” too good to be true but true just the same. God bless all who read this and make a choice to trust God with their future.
